Untimely Refund Request
Items purchased on deepcbds.com may not be returned and will not be refunded more than 30 days after the purchase date. You can find the date of delivery in the tracking history for your tracking number. Your tracking number was emailed to you upon shipment of your order. Use the tracking number to view the tracking history and locate the delivery date. Calculate 30 days from that delivery date to determine if the request is timely.
Subsequent Purchase of the Same Product
Your subsequent purchase of the same product is not eligible for a refund under this 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, other than for the circumstances listed further below (i.e., damages due to shipping + incorrect product delivered).
Damages Due to Shipping
Upon delivery of your order, please inspect your product carefully to ensure the product has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product to [email protected]. You will need to provide a full description of the damages to the product along with a photo of the damages to the product inside the shipping box in which was shipped.

Return and refund activity is monitored by us for abuse, deceit or fraud, and we reserve the right to limit refunds, returns and exchanges in any such case.
