30 Day Money Back Guarantee

We’re confident in the quality and efficacy of our CBD products. We understand that trying a new product or brand may come with some hesitation. As such, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee on each first-time purchase of any of our CBD products from deepcbds.com.

If you are unsatisfied with your CBD product, you may request a refund within 30 days of your receiving the product. If we receive a returned product within 30 days, we will issue a refund for the full amount of the purchase price minus shipping costs to your original method of payment. The credited amount typically appears within 5-7 business days from the date the refund is issued, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Non-refundable Products

  • A deepCBDs product that was not directly purchased from deepcbds.com. We do not accept returns for any purchases not made on deepcbds.com.
  • deepCBDs Virtual Gift Card. This product is non-refundable.
  • Refund requests made past the 30-day time period. You can find the date of delivery in the tracking history for your tracking number. Your tracking number was emailed to you upon shipment of your order. Use the tracking number to view the tracking history and locate the delivery date. Calculate 30 days from that delivery date to determine if the request is timely.
  • Your subsequent purchase of the same product and regardless if your first-time purchase of this same product was kept or returned for refund under the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.

Damages Due to Shipping

Upon delivery of your order, please inspect your product carefully to ensure the product has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product to [email protected]. You will need to provide a full description of the damages to the product along with a photo of the damages to the product inside the shipping box in which was shipped.
