Shipped Throughout the United States with Some Exclusions
deepCBDs currently ships only to states within the United States, except for Alaska and Hawaii and to any other state whose laws prohibit the sale and distribution of any or certain hemp extract products containing cannabidiol (“CBD”). Any geographic restrictions applicable to any deepCBDs product will be indicated during your checkout process on deepcbds.com.
deepCBDs reserves the right not to accept any order placed in any state that prohibits the sale and distribution of deepCBDs products to that state. You understand and agree that if you order a product that is prohibited for sale and distribution by your state, deepCBDs reserves the right to reject your order in compliance with that state’s laws.
Your order will be delivered to the delivery address that you specify when placing your order. Please make sure to provide precise city, state and zip code information. Spell out the city in which you are shipping the order. Abbreviations, misspellings, and other typos can result in errors to your order. If we are unable to deliver to your delivery address, we will notify you.
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING within the United States on all merchandise orders $75 USD or more (excluding taxes). For shipments totaling less than $75 USD, the delivery charge for standard shipping is $7.00 USD. We may also offer discounted standard shipping costs from time to time. If your order doesn’t qualify for free or discounted shipping, shipping costs for delivering your ordered items to you are in addition to the displayed product prices. The cost of shipping will appear during your checkout process.
All orders process and ship Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Standard orders must be placed by 12:00PM EST to start processing on the same day. Expedite orders must be placed by 11:00AM EST to start processing the same day and will arrive based on the transit time of the selected service. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day. Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date stated in the Shipment Notice you receive by email, unless there are exceptional circumstances and except in the case of any pre-orders (if applicable). For example, product shipment may vary according to availability and may be subject to any delays resulting from postal/carrier delays or events outside of deepCBDs control for which deepCBDs will not be responsible or liable.
Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following U.S. holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- 4th of July
- Labor Day
- Day after Thanksgiving
Once deepCBDs has accepted your order, you will receive an email confirming that your ordered product(s) has been shipped to you (“Shipment Notice“). If you did not receive an email, please check your SPAM/Junk folder and/or verify that the email address you provided to us is correct. The Shipment Notice will contain details about your shipment, including your tracking number, and is your receipt that you can print/save for your records.
Multiple Product Orders
For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in that order at the same time. If any of the products are unavailable at the time of shipping, those will be shipped as they become available unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges and taxes.
Note that deepCBDs can only ship to one (1) address per order.
Tracking Your Order
The Shipment Notice you receive by email will contain the shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number provided in the Shipment Notice.
