I am a very active person, from my morning and evening runs to practicing Muy Thai at my gym, my muscles tend to get sore especially in my knee and hip. I have been using this cream and it helps to bring down a lot of the swelling, also my recovery seems faster . It is better than my other ointments I would definitely recommend this to my friends.
